How awesome is this outdoor cat run going to be!

Clearly it is a work in progress, with the mesh and flooring (for all three levels!) still to be added.

Henry is an adorable kitten who has an incredible family. He used to be an indoor/outdoor cat, until he came home from an evening prowl with an injury that broke his Mother's heart.

It was then that Henry's family realised exactly how dangerous the outside world could be for him, so they decided to make him an indoor only cat, with an epic, safe, outdoor space.

As you know, we are huge advocates for indoor only cats. Not only can cats pose a threat to our native wildlife, our native wildlife can pose a threat to them. Not to mention the danger of our busy roads and other outdoor cats.

The life of an indoor cat does not have to be boring! In fact, quite to opposite. Cats love to play with their family, almost as much as they love to laze on your bed or their favourite couch.

Simply adding something like a window bed (you have all probably seen Mumma Puss's window bed in the clinic) can add excitement to their day.
